Update for availability, service assignments & business trips of HBS
With immediate effect we are optimizing our working time model. It is particularly important to us to create added value for you. The entire HBS team will continue to be available to you from Monday to Thursday with all its energy to provide you with important information, continuous service and good response times.
Supporting you and being available for questions is of course important to us on Friday. That is why you can also reach a small HBS team on Friday for urgent questions and matters.
Consistent communication with you is essential for us. We will be happy to contact you via video conference or telephone if possible.
Business trips in general will only take place after careful consideration and individual consultation with you.
We are currently very limited in the timely implementation of service interventions. At present, service and maintenance assignments are only carried out after careful consideration and individual consultation with you.
In countries or regions for which current travel warnings are available, we will generally not carry out service assignments.
We take the health and duty of care for our employees, customers, partners, suppliers and visitors very seriously. We have implemented extensive measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus or to minimize risks for all involved.
We regularly provide information about precautionary measures and hygiene regulations with notices in our company.
This is our contribution, which we make taking into account the current situation.
